Day 21 – Keeping the momentum going…

Keep the momentum going

Keep the momentum going

Day 21 Prompt is:

This  is it – the last day! So what will you do to keep up your book marketing efforts? What are you going to do to keep the blogging momentum going? What plans do you have to continue your connection with other Author Blog Challenge participants and the new readers you’ve generated for your blog?

Wow! I can’t believe that three weeks has past already, and I’ve been able to blog every day! I admit, having the prompts has certainly helped as I haven’t had to come up with a topic for each post. It has been a good feeling to get posts written, especially as it’s been a while since I’ve blogged on this blog!

To keep the momentum going, I think I need to find some blogging prompts. It certainly made life a lot easier to get the posts done, especially when it’s so busy right now at home. If you can suggest where I can find some prompts, please let me know.

The other place I’m thinking of going to get topics is on my Facebook and Twitter accounts. I have quite a few followers and I’m sure they can come up with some ideas for me… I’m sure there are things they would like to read on my blog.

To keep the new readers, the best thing is to keep blogging! And keep blogging regularly. Blogging with interesting posts will keep people reading (I hope).

For book marketing, I’m coming up with some ideas, inspired by many of these prompts, as well as continuing to write new books! One of the things I want to do next year is more markets as that seemed to work the best.

To keep up with the other challenge participants, I’ll continue to read their blogs, as well as post occasionally in the Facebook group to touch base.

This has been a great challenge and has certainly helped me get back in the swing of things here. I hope you’ve all enjoyed the posts. If you have any blog post prompts, please post them in the comments.

  1. Good luck with the markets. I have to agree live events work the best. Well done on completing the challenge!
